We take the health and safety of our guests and staff seriously.
We have put in place policies and procedures to protect people and avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus and other similarly spreading viruses. Our operational plan has been designed in accordance with requirements from provincial health officials, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and recommendations from the BC Wine Institute.
Cleaning and disinfection protocols
We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols, installed plexiglass barriers, mandated that staff practice social distancing from one another and guests, and instituted a mandatory check-in before each work shift.
Visiting the Tasting Bar
To protect staff and guests, reductions have been made to our maximum occupancy within our tasting bar. Onsite staff are limited to five, and guests are limited to 14 people with adequate distancing between groups. A plexiglass barrier separates each group. Proper signage is in place to direct guests to wait outside the Tasting Bar until they are invited in, to ensure capacity is controlled.
We kindly ask that guests wear masks until they are seated and sanitize hands at the Tasting Bar entrance. Making a reservation is highly encouraged.
If guests have been out of the country in the past 14 days, are displaying any symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with anyone who has traveled outside the country in the past 14 days or is displaying any symptoms of illness, please postpone your visit to another time.
